Receptionist and Traige Coordinator

This position is the “face” of our practice. The receptionist sits at our front desk and is the first person to greet a new patient. Once they arrive, a patient’s chart needs to be prepared and any necessary co-payments collected. If a doctor is running late, or a patient has an excessive wait, it is important for the receptionist to update the waiting patient. In essence, the receptionist manages the entire waiting room, which can be busy at times.
